“Massage Therapy has had a profound impact on my life. When receiving my first massage, I felt the healing qualities that helped me get out of pain. I knew I wanted to help people in the same way massage has helped me!”
Logan graduated from the Daniel’s Institute of Massage and Healing Arts with 550 hours of training in April 2021. His training included Manual Lymphatic Therapy, Acupressure, Reflexology, Swedish and Deep Tissue, Prenatal Massage, Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy.
He has also been an ISSA certified Personal Trainer since 2016 and works with all age groups and focuses on movement without pain, weight loss management, and strength related activity. In his free time he likes to continue his studies into all things related to health and fitness, loves to cook, hike outdoors, and play with Icho, the family dog.
Logan is available Tuesdays-Thursdays 11am-7:30pm, Fridays 1pm-7:30pm, and Saturdays 9am-7:30pm.
Hi! My name is Erin Owens (Thompson)

“I first fell in love with massage therapy when I received a massage from a friend who was going to school to become a Massage Therapist. It completely opened my eyes to how beneficial massage was for the human body and its also when I knew that massage was what I wanted to do for a living. The idea that you can help someone, whether they are suffering discomfort or stressed, in a myriad of ways is attractive to me. I love how each session is different and presents its own challenges, and it makes me feel good to help someone feel better.”
I graduated from Blue Ridge School of Massage and Yoga in 2012. After receiving my license, I took on a full time job as a Licensed Massage Therapist and learned so much. Among my favorite modalities to use are Strain Counterstrain (SCS) and Neural Reset Therapy (NRT). Both are deep tissue techniques, but aren’t as invasive as other types of deep tissue. My typical massage combines the best of all the different therapies I offer. A soothing experience of relaxation incorporated with other techniques to focus on the deep tension, chronic pain and mobility issues you are dealing with. By blending therapies I can customize your massage to your individual needs and offer you that much needed relief you have been searching for. I am also familiar with Medical Massage, Pre-event and Post-event Sports massage, Prenatal massage, Swedish and Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy. I have experience working with athletes of all types, whether you are a bodybuilder, swimmer, gymnast, a cyclist or a marathon runner.
I share my home with my loving husband Logan who is also a Licensed Massage Therapist and works with me in our business from home. He has been so supportive of me spreading my wings and branching out on this journey of owning my own business.
We also share our home with a furry friend named Icho. (Don’t worry, he won’t be a bother during your visit. I keep my business completely separate from the rest of my home, so pet dander and fur won’t be an issue. While you are here he will be outside or contained.)
In my free time I love to sculpt clay, carve stone, enjoy a fire under the stars, and rent boats at Claytor Lake. I also like to study history and current events, and listening to or watching people like Gregg Braden, pioneers in the realm of science. Having my own business has been a long time dream come true. I love working with the people I meet and there’s nothing more satisfying than being able to help someone feel better, especially in this crazy world we live in now.
At this time, Erin is unable to accept new clients. If Erin has been your massage therapist in the past, please feel free to fill out our waiting list form and we will let you know if she gets a cancellation that works with your schedule. Additionally, you can also call or text us directly and we will be happy to take a look at our schedule and help you book an appointment, thanks for understanding.
